As you may recall, last year we launched the\u00a0inaugural Search Industry Awards programme<\/a>, which attracted\u00a0nominations from across the globe<\/a>\u00a0and culminated in a memorable\u00a0awards ceremony at Search Solutions 2016<\/a>. My colleagues and I are delighted therefore to launch the\u00a0\u00a0this year\u2019s Search Industry Awards<\/a>, celebrating the best search innovations of 2017. Presented by the\u00a0Information Retrieval Specialist Group\u00a0<\/a>of the BCS, these awards recognize people, projects, and companies that have excelled in the design of search and information retrieval products and services.<\/p>\n
